werden.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Beantragung empfehlen wir Ihnen eine Kontaktaufnahme mit der zust\u00e4ndigen Sucht- bzw. Drogenberatungsstelle bzw. dem Gesundheitsamt. Diese Stellen sind bei der Beantragung der medizinischen Rehabilitation behilflich und leiten die Antragsunterlagen an den zust\u00e4ndigen Leistungstr\u00e4ger (Deutsche Rentenversicherung, gesetzliche bzw. private Krankenkassen, Tr\u00e4ger der Sozialhilfe) weiter. Die Beantragung kann auch durch den Kliniksozialdienst im Rahmen einer Entzugsbehandlung (Entgiftung) erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Bescheid des Leistungstr\u00e4gers kann mit unserem Sozialdienst ein Aufnahmetermin vereinbart werden.
