Hauptdiagnosen Cannabis- und Amphetaminabh\u00e4ngigkeit in unserer Fachklinik stetig gestiegen und lag 2017 bei 45,4%.<\/p>\n<p>Neben dem individualisierten Therapieprogramm abgestimmt auf die psychischen und sozialen Folgen der Abh\u00e4ngigkeit halten wir das <strong>psychotherapeutische Behandlungsmodul \u201eCannabis- und Amphetamingruppe\u201c<\/strong> (angelehnt an das CANDIS-Programm von Eva Hoch et al. 2011) als zielgruppenspezifisches Angebot f\u00fcr diese Konsumentengruppe vor. Die empfohlenen Kurzinterventionen bestehen aus einer Kombination von Motivation st\u00e4rkenden und kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutischen Elementen und individueller Beratung. Oberstes Ziel f\u00fcr diese Zielgruppe ist die langfristige Stabilisierung der Cannabis-\/ Amphetaminabstinenz. Dazu werden f\u00fcr die Rehabilitanden jeweils individuelle Ziele und Behandlungsschwerpunkte formuliert, die das \u00fcbergeordnete Ziel unterst\u00fctzen.
